Boothstown is staffed and run by a number of volunteers and whilst our players contribute to the running of the club via their registration fees we are always in need of fund raising ideas. From February 2009, Ange Hutton has kindly agreed to take over the social / fundraising effort for the club. If you wish for any information news to be added to the website or be added to the newsletter via email please contact Ange Hutton on 07812 589 448 or email at angelahuttonuk@yahoo.co.uk. So Ange can start to inform parents and managers about fundrasing events can all managers provide Ange with e-mail comtacts for themselves and their parents.
Please feel free to contact Ange with any ideas / thoughts in regards to fundraising for the club, or with any ideas for any social activities. Anyone wanting to offer their help is very welcome.

We have an arrangement with www.easyfundraising.org.uk which means when you shop online (using thier portal) a donation will go straight to the Club!!
To help support the club, please follow these simple steps:
Go to http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/Register/?char=19090 and complete the FREE registration (alternatively, follow the Find A Cause link and search for Boothstown Junior Football Club.)
Next, login using your username / password. This is how the website recognises who you are and ensures the club benefits when you make purchases.
Finally, click any of the retailer links provided and then shop just as you would normally.
That's all you need to do - apart from remembering to return to the site next time you are going to shop online!!<

Did you know that the average UK household has two unwanted or unused mobile phones?
BFC are working alongside a company called Foneclub on a mobile phone recycling initiative which will raise funds to go toward the club.
The scheme is very straightforward, and Foneclub will pay £2.50 for any handset that is received from BFC regardless of age or condition. We are therefore asking if parents could kindly search the cupboards and drawers for those unwanted mobile phones and pop them in the bag provided to return back to the club / or to Ange Hutton (07812 589 448).
Once we have finished running this collection we will receive a cheque from Foneclub within 10 working days, which will be put towards the club.
